Global Game Jam

In 2016 we participated to the Global Game Jam. The theme of this year was 'Rituals'. The Global Game Jam is a challenge to create a game with a small team (we were with 6 people) using the theme within 48 hours.

The first hours were a bit laborious. We couldn’t come up with a good game concept. But finally after a few hours of brainstorming, we had an idea.

The Game

The Game was about a killer who want to kill other people. But he is a bit strange because he likes to do it with a ritual. He likes to hit the victim at the same place on the body as were he hit his last victim. So when he hits the first victim at his right, then the next victim must also be hit at his right too before the final hit can be done. Every victim adds something new to his killing ritual.

To make it easier for the player, it is turned based. The player can make 2 steps and then the npc can make 1 step.
